Understanding package scan and review status

WreckD checks package availability, review decisions and scan status before allowing delivery. A pending or unavailable scan can prevent a package from being downloaded. If a package is blocked, include its release and version in a support request. Staff must review the underlying status; changing a description or restoring text does not approve a package.
