The sales & payout terms
WreckD creator sales and payouts — version seller-collection-v6-20261013. WreckD collects buyer payments into its business PayPal account and pays approved creators their recorded net earnings to their reviewed PayPal recipient. Until PayPal Payouts is approved, WreckD handles requested payouts manually. Listing is free.
Each checkout records the creator, license, commission and holding period then in effect. For new checkouts from October 13, 2026, the platform commission is the greater of 12% of each release’s actual sale price after discounts or $2.00 USD per purchased release, excluding separately collected sales tax. There is no listing fee or additional WreckD buyer fee. Actual payment processing fees are deducted separately without markup; rates vary by payment method, country and currency.
Existing orders keep their original recorded commission and holding period. WreckD covers ordinary domestic payout fees from its commission. Any exceptional international transfer or currency conversion cost must be disclosed and agreed with the creator before transfer; it is not silently deducted. Earnings are calculated as the actual sale price minus the recorded platform commission, actual processing fees and applicable refunds or legally required withholding.
The current schedule is a 14-day eligibility delay and a $20 USD minimum. Ordinary live payouts require a Creator request submitted strictly before Monday 6:00 a.m. EST (UTC-5, year-round). A request at or after that cutoff is scheduled for the following Monday.
Unrequested and smaller balances remain in the account. Any future changes apply only to new checkouts after notice and required acceptance. An estimate calculator is illustrative and does not replace the provider-reconciled ledger. Donations are separate and go directly to creators.
Each request records the current eligible net balance, private recipient and terms version. Later sales are not automatically added. The request can be cancelled before it is allocated for processing. Changed earnings, refunds, holds or recipient details can require a fresh request.
Monday is the processing cycle, not a guaranteed arrival date; provider review, holidays or operational delays can affect delivery. Payouts require an active account, acceptance of these terms, and administrator approval of the private PayPal recipient. An email address alone does not connect or verify a PayPal account. Creators must keep their recipient details accurate and cooperate with necessary private payment or tax checks.
Recipient changes pause live payouts until reviewed again. Pending fees, refunds, disputes, safety restrictions, account restrictions and financial review can hold payouts. WreckD can retain a reviewed reserve, with the amount and reason shown to the creator. Refunds reduce earnings and commission proportionally; non-returned processing fees remain charged.
Refunds after payout can create a recovery balance offset against future eligible earnings after review. WreckD does not automatically withdraw money from a creator’s PayPal account. Only sell work you are authorized to distribute and commercialize, including any required publisher permission. Creators are responsible for accurate listings, support, and their applicable tax obligations.
Buyers retain mandatory consumer rights and payment-provider dispute rights; purchase issues are reviewed through WreckD support. Closing an account does not erase outstanding financial records or balances. Sandbox balances are testing records and are never live earnings. Automated payout delivery is confirmed from PayPal.
Manual payouts are recorded only after the administrator confirms a completed transfer with a unique payment reference, amount and recipient; a pending transfer or request is not a paid balance. Material term changes require new acceptance before further payouts. Creator membership is optional. Members with a completed profile and three approved mods may choose to join after reading and expressly accepting the current Creator terms.
Declining leaves Pedestrian membership and free publishing unchanged; the member can join later. Creator participation requires an age declaration of at least 18. Paid releases require accepted Creator terms, a complete private legal recipient name, country of residence, confirmed PayPal email and recipient review, including necessary country, payment and tax checks. Recipient ownership and consent to receive payouts and PayPal payout notifications are declared by the Creator.
Private payout details are not published on the profile. Withdrawing an approved release does not automatically remove earned Creator enrollment. Creator membership does not replace release moderation, commercial rights checks or payment-provider approval. No balance is automatically withdrawn merely because it becomes eligible.
Failed or returned payouts require reconciliation; they are not marked paid from a queued request or an unverified browser response. Manual settlement does not change the 14-day eligibility delay, $20 minimum, request cutoff, fees, reserves or refund rules. No automated payout is sent while manual mode is selected. A manually recorded payment is an administrator attestation, not an API-verified payment.
Contact support if a recorded payment has not arrived. Registered members can collaborate on a release. Each tagged member accepts participation. Equal shares need no separate payment waiver; custom percentages and a single-recipient allocation require every tagged member to confirm the revision, including members assigned 0%.
Each purchase keeps an immutable beneficiary snapshot. Creator earnings after commission, processing fees and refunds are allocated using exact cent totals and deterministic rounding. Each beneficiary must complete Creator onboarding and recipient review before paid sales. Balances, requests, reserves and refund recovery remain per recipient.
Only staff can change a collaboration roster after creation. A changed or disputed agreement pauses new paid checkouts without rewriting previous earnings. Unregistered contributors can receive additional attribution but no account earnings. Donations remain separate from sales and are paid to their named donation recipient, not split by the collaboration sales allocation.
Paid releases require a minimum $5.00 USD price per item after discounts. WreckD retains its commission after processing costs because actual processing fees are deducted from creator earnings separately. Publishers may opt individual releases into same-publisher multi-item cart discounts; only participating releases in the same checkout qualify. Discounts are capped so every paid release remains at least $5.00.
Each item retains its license, price, discount, commission minimum, seller and collaboration allocation recorded at checkout. Historical orders retain their original recorded fee rules. Commission, including the minimum, is returned proportionally on refunds; processing fees retained by the provider remain chargeable. Partial cart refunds need item-level staff reconciliation before held earnings can be paid.
