Digital purchase & refund policy

Digital purchases: no change-of-mind refunds after download access is provided. Duplicate charges, non-delivery, materially defective or misrepresented products, and applicable consumer rights remain eligible for review. PayPal and card dispute rights are unaffected. Contact WreckD support with your order reference. A refund ends future access for that purchase; files already downloaded cannot be recalled.

Before purchasing

Check the advertised game edition, build, requirements, installation instructions and known limitations. A license covers the features and compatibility described at purchase, not every future game update.

When something goes wrong

Contact support from your Purchases page with your order reference, error details and advertised compatibility. We review valid defects and delivery issues, including whether support or a replacement resolves the problem. This policy does not require you to abandon provider dispute rights.

Purchase records

We retain the listing and policy accepted at checkout and authenticated server download records to investigate delivery and disputes. A server transfer record does not prove that a file was received, installed or used. See our privacy policy.
