Accounts and user content

You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for the material you submit. Upload only material you created or have permission to distribute. You retain ownership and grant WreckD LLC the rights needed to host, display and distribute your submissions through this service.

Paid releases

Prices are displayed in USD. Any applicable tax is shown at checkout. A purchase grants the personal-use license displayed for that release, rather than ownership of its copyright. Access covers approved versions and future updates while the release remains available; it does not guarantee perpetual availability or compatibility with every game update. Redistribution, resale and sharing of paid packages are prohibited unless the license expressly allows them. See our digital purchase and refund policy: change-of-mind refunds are unavailable after download access, with exceptions for duplicate charges, non-delivery, materially defective or misrepresented products, and applicable consumer rights. Payment-provider dispute rights remain unaffected. Contact support for purchase issues and refund requests. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights. Deleting your account ends access through that account; contact support before deletion if you have an unresolved purchase issue.

Normas de la comunidad

Do not publish infringing material, malware, illegal content, harassment, or private information about others. Staff may remove content or restrict accounts for rule violations. Repeated copyright infringement may result in termination.

Copyright

We take copyright seriously. See our copyright notice and counter-notice policy. Uploaders remain responsible for their submissions; the service does not endorse user content.

Availability and liability

The service and user content are provided as available, without warranties to the extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by applicable law, WreckD LLC excludes liability for losses arising from use of the service or user submissions. These terms do not exclude liabilities or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Changes

We may update these terms when the service changes. Material changes will be announced on the site. Contact us with questions or account requests.

Imported releases and ownership

Redistribution requires permission or a suitable license, including when an administrator imports a mod. Attribution alone is insufficient. Verified claims transfer page management, not a legal determination of intellectual-property ownership. See our imports and ownership policy.

Withdrawn purchases

Ordinary author withdrawal removes a listing from discovery but preserves an existing buyer’s access to previously approved uploaded packages while they remain safely available. Safety quarantine, legal removal, or a revoked/refunded entitlement may block downloads. Contact purchase support when access is unavailable. Future updates are not guaranteed.

Marketplace and community policies

Creator sales and payout terms apply to marketplace participation. Live seller onboarding and payouts remain disabled pending provider approval and operational review. Community and moderation rules explain publishing reviews and appeals.
