Marketplace preparation

These are preparation terms for the WreckD marketplace. Live seller onboarding and payouts remain unavailable while payment-provider approval and the launch review are pending.

Listing is free. At launch, each sale will use the commission displayed when checkout starts, excluding tax. Actual processing fees are deducted separately. Standard payout fees are covered by WreckD. Donations go directly to creators and are outside the marketplace split.

Eligible earnings are grouped into weekly payouts after the displayed holding period and minimum balance. Unpaid small balances carry forward. Pending fees, disputes, refunds, account restrictions or verification issues may hold a payout. A holding period does not eliminate later disputes.

Only sell content you have the rights and publisher permission to commercialize. You remain responsible for support, accurate compatibility information, and your tax obligations. Seller identity and tax onboarding will use the approved provider; do not send identity documents through comments or messages.

Refunds reduce earnings and the related commission proportionally. Non-returned processing fees remain charged. Refunds or disputes after payout may create an amount to recover or deduct from future earnings. Contact support before deleting an account with an outstanding balance.

Buyers can request help or a refund through Support when a release is missing, misrepresented, or fails advertised compatibility. Mandatory consumer rights apply. No blanket “no refunds” policy overrides those rights.

Commission, fees, eligibility dates, holds, and payout recipients are recorded separately. Sandbox balances and simulations are not money owed or sent. The live merchant-of-record arrangement, countries, tax handling, reserve rules, and payout terms will be confirmed before onboarding sellers. Material revisions will be announced before live acceptance.
