Permission comes first

A public download link or author credit does not grant permission to redistribute. Imported mods must have a license permitting redistribution or documented permission from the rights holder. Administrators record the original source and permission basis; do not upload passwords, private correspondence, or unnecessary personal information as proof.

Attribution and management

Imported pages credit the original creator and identify that the listing is awaiting a verified claim. An account with the same display name does not automatically gain ownership. Claims are reviewed by administrators using evidence of control of the original creator account or other reliable evidence. Submitting a claim does not guarantee approval or determine copyright ownership.

Transfers and disputes

Approved claims transfer management of the page and future updates to the verified account. Staff retain an audit history. Competing claims or unresolved disputes may pause a transfer. Paid-release transfers require separate financial review and are not performed by the ordinary claim workflow. Use the copyright process for infringement complaints.

Claim evidence is private to the claimant and authorized administrators, subject to legal disclosure and dispute handling. Rejected or resolved evidence is removed after two years unless a legal or dispute hold applies; decision history remains.
